Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original PRAO gift box and protective pouch to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned jewellery for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
