How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear from improper care.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure digital wallets. For domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations.
